• 2 most recent years of W-2s and/or 1099s
• 2 most recent years of tax returns
• Bank statements covering the most recent 2 months
• Award/Benefit letters for retirement, Social Security income, etc.
• 2 forms of government-issued identification
• Current mortgage statement and insurance policy/policies (if refinancing)
